Welcome to the Colquitz Middle School Parent Advisory Council
The purpose of the Colquitz PAC is to assist parents and guardians in accessing the K-12 public system to support their children in their educational experience. The PAC communicates with parents and guardians to promote positive coordination between the home and school, and to improve the quality of education and well-being of students attending Colquitz Middle School.
Unless there are any changes to the guidance from the Provincial Health office, meetings will be in-person on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7-8 PM in the library where we can distance and/or wear masks. We will also be providing the option to attend remotely – a link will be provided in advance of the meeting to interested parents. Please email the Chair to get the link if you aren’t already on the distribution list.
All parents and guardians are welcome to attend and find out what’s happening in the school, to ask questions and to provide input. The principal, Mr. Macintosh, provides a report at each meeting to update parents on school events and issues. Our meeting dates for the 2021/22 school year are as follows: October 19 (budget) November 16, January 18, February 15, April 19, May 17, and June 14.
