Welcome to Colquitz Middle School!

At Colquitz we work hard every day to create a safe and inclusive culture that meets the needs of all our school members. We create a school community that strives for personal growth and excellence in learning.

At Colquitz we have a talented and caring staff whose primary goal is the academic and social development of our students. We are constantly looking for ways to personalize learning, be it through engaging classroom activities, or our exploratory programming, our Club offerings, or our school athletics. We try to provide every student a chance to find their passion and make it so they love coming to school. We have Band, Strings and Choir for our musicians. We have school plays and musicals for our actors. We have our school garden (with chickens!) and our Sustainable Resources class for those wanting to be outside helping the environment. Throughout their time at the school our students are encouraged to try one of the many new activities we offer. Middle school is the place to try it on to see what fits!

Inclusivity is also an important part of our community at Colquitz. We are proud to enroll a diverse body of students who bring with them a range of interests, ideas and talents. This mix provides a strong community and a strong foundation for learning and growth.
