There is an optional High jump practice at lunch today.  This practice will start at 1 meter and quickly go up from there.  Jumpers should arrive at the beginning of lunch but can leave when the bar gets too high.

Make sure you have signed up for your event for Monday’s track meet. Write your first and last name clearly and what grade you are.   Also make sure you have seen Mrs C to sign out  a jersey.  Many showed up at the track meet last week without one.  They are not brought to the Meet.
