Hey students, Time is running out — this is your FINAL chance to order your yearbook!  Don’t miss out on the memories, the laughs, and the chance to look back on all the awesome moments from this school year. Plus, you’ll want your very own copy to sign and get signed by your friends, classmates, and teachers at the end-of-year!

Track and Field:

-At noon today there is a discus practice for Ira and River as well as any girl who would like to compete next week.  There will also be a shotput out there for any boys who want to compete next week.  If you have qualified for long jump or triple jump or you are competing next week for long jump, go to the pit and practice without an adult today.  Sorry but some coaches have a meeting at lunch today.   Open practice after school today.

-Results are on the athletic board.  If you have ranked top 12 in field and top 16 in running, you will definitely be going to the Final Championship Meet in June.  Stay tuned if you have ranked up to 25th place, however, as some athletes ahead of you may not be able to attend.

-We have 2 meets next week.  On Monday there is the 1200 m and 300m.  As well there is long jump for boys, highjump for all grade 8’s, discus for girls and shotput for boys.  Wednesday’s meet is the final championship for Ira, River and Harry in their events. Best of luck-although not needed as you have been coming out to all practices!  As well, the 100m relay races are next Wednesday.  Make sure you have been out to the relay practices in order to be allowed to sign up.
