Running practice at lunch today focusing on the 100m. Please meet in front of the athletic board in the front entry right after the first lunch bell.
-All athletes who want to run the 100m must sign up for the meet this Thursday. This is your only opportunity to race that event. Due to only one adult going to the Meet this week, please please try and find your own ride. This is very important. Ms. Zaza can only take 3 people to U-Vic. Try to grab a ride with a friend if you can.
-Name tags are being written today and tomorrow so please sign up BEFORE Thursday.
-Although there is a relay practice at the Meet on Thursday, be aware that it doesn’t usually start until 6:00 at night due to the vast amount of 100 m races. It is only a practice race, not a timed race.
-Due to transition day, there will be no high jump practice on Thursday. Instead, there will be a replacement practice on Wednesday at lunch.
