Claryssa will stop by classrooms this morning to drop off a sign up/interest sheet for your Indigenous student lunch this upcoming Monday March 9th. We will have special guest John Harris host an Indigenous lunch and land based learning activity. Claryssa will come collect the forms at lunch time.

Grade ⅞ Girls Interested in playing Field Hockey this spring there will be a information meeting friday at nutrition break in room 108, Mx. Menzies’ room.
Volleyball News:
-We have some exciting news from our volleyball teams! Last night, both of our girls teams won all of their games, and it was incredibly exciting to watch. Our Blue Team finished 4th overall across all three districts—that’s out of 30 teams! An amazing accomplishment. Our White Team also had a fantastic showing, finishing 15th overall. Congratulations to both teams on a spectacular season. Your hard work, teamwork, and determination really paid off, and you represented Colquitz incredibly well.
-Good luck to the girls playing in the Royal Bay tournament this weekend. Make sure to pay online if you haven’t already done so and check in with your teacher about leaving early tomorrow (2:30)
-Staff vs student practice at noon today. The big game is tomorrow. Spectators, please line up at the red pod doors at 12:12, no earlier. There are no ins and outs.
-Grade 6 boys there is no practice today.
Pizza, pizza, pizza – Please listen carefully. Advisory teachers, please let your students know who has ordered. A list was emailed out by the office. Students, please be ready at your classroom door with a paper towel in hand in alphabetical order and wait for a runner to take you to the pizza serving tables. Students who have a lunch time activity can go straight to their table when the bell goes. Students in divisions 1-14, will go to the foyer and students in divisions 15-23 will go to the blue pod table
Leadership Club will be holding a treat sale next Tuesday March 10th at nutrition break, at lunch recess and after school! Chips will be sold for $1 a bag and candy will be sold for $2.
