Interested in playing badminton on the Colquitz team? There will be a meeting today at lunch recess in the Art Room. Our first practice will be Thursday after school. It is a short season and games will commence the second week after Spring break.
Leadership Club will be holding a treat sale today at nutrition break, at lunch recess and after school! Chips will be sold for $1 a bag and candy will be sold for $2. Please do not line up early. Volleyball News:
-Grade ⅞ girls rec team, quick meeting in Ms. Albach’s room 104, today at nutrition break to talk about the parent vs kids game
-Last night the boys battled it out in the championship finals, and what a night it was! Both matches went three intense sets each, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. We had pits in our stomachs as we watched every serve, rally, and point. In the end, the Colquitz Boys 7/8 Comp Team finished an incredible 2nd overall in the district out of 21 teams! That is something to be truly proud of. You stuck together, supported one another the whole way, and showed sportsmanship that went far beyond any other team. That kind of character is what makes a team truly great. Enjoy your wrap up party tonight! A huge thank you to the supporters who came out on a regular basis.
