RUGBY RUGBY RUGBY- practice today at lunch-12- on the back library field. 

Pizza, pizza, pizza –  Advisory teachers, please let your students know who has ordered.  A list was emailed out yesterday by Ms Cass. Students, please be ready at your classroom door with a paper towel in hand in alphabetical order and wait for a runner to take you to the pizza serving tables. Students in divisions 1-14, will go to the foyer and students in divisions 15-23 will go to the blue pod table. Students who have a lunch time activity can go straight to their table when the bell rings.

 

A reminder to all students on the Colquitz Book Battle Team to return your permission slips to Ms. Patten in the library. 

 

Blue Pod will be selling candy bags next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  Candy bags will cost $2 each.  All proceeds will go towards supporting families with children with cancer.  Make sure to bring your money next week and help support this great cause. 

Mountain Bike Club rides resume next week. If you are interested in joining or have questions about the club, see Mr. Leblond, Ms. Spies or Ms. Dixon.

Yearbooks are on sale!  Advisory teachers, please hand out the flyers in your mailbox to the students who have not yet ordered.  Photo proofs are also in advisory teacher mailboxes.  Each class is asked to come up with a positive message, quote or slogan to be printed on their class page.  What will your class message be?! 

Badminton practice again today after school from 3 until 4:30 pm. Our first games against other schools start next week.

Grade 8 boys mentorship group meets this Friday. Meet Mr. Leblond in the Art Room

Yearbook club meets tomorrow afterschool in Ms. Schuring’s room. 

 

There is a meeting at NB on Friday for all students wanting to participate in Track and Field.  There is an opportunity for all levels!  Come to the gym at NB and get your information sheets.  We will begin practices next week. Don’t worry if you have other commitments after school or lunches.  We can usually make that work.

 

Maker Exploratory – please bring a pencil and colouring supplies to class today. 

 

Robotics team meets in the library at lunch. Please arrive quickly and ready to build.
