Could all mountain bike riders, who ride with the intermediate group, please check in with Ms Spies in room 127 at nutrition break today for an important update about today’s ride. All beginner riders meet Ms Spies and Ms Dixon after school as usual.
Track and Field News:
Congratulations to the athletes who participated in yesterday’s track meet. Especially to those competing in district championships. Shout out to Isla and to Harry who ran 2000m, yes that is 2km, in the heat! Our relays had so much fun and it was so exciting to watch their success. A personal best for many yesterday. And drum roll please. Landon Chalupnik officially broke the grade 8 boys discus record with a throw of 42.83m!
