SPORTS:
A friendly reminder to all staff and students that ALL school PE equipment (Indoor and Outdoor) should NOT be taken out at break times nor kept in classrooms. It is needed for PE classes to use and are clearly labelled with “CMS”. If a piece of equipment needs re-labelling, please bring it to Mr. Arnott in room 119. Feel free to bring your own equipment to use at break times and be responsible for storing it. Thank you for your help keeping our PE equipment room stocked!
The competition continues at lunch today with the remainder of Round 2. We will be narrowing down the field to the Top 5 teams who will compete next week to get into the Final 3. Respectful spectators are welcome to come down and watch and cheer on their favourite teams.
–-We need basketball score keepers. Please meet Mr Howse in the gym at lunch today after eating time. It is a great way to get some volunteer time and it is a lot of fun! Our first home game is this Monday!
⅞ Boys comp are away this Monday at Gordon Head. Make sure you have a ride to the game. Let one of the coaches or Mrs C know if you do not so that this problem can be solved right away.
-Boys can meet in the gym today to get their jerseys at NB. Don’t leave this until Monday as you have a game Monday.
-Girl ⅞ Basketball team you have your first game Monday 3:45pm at Colquitz.
Swim Club: Today is our first practice. Can all swim club members please meet Ms. Schuring in the foyer at nutrition break to confirm that they have a ride and will be attending today’s practice.
